Our short story

BrickCube Property Development Group has been a vision of Christo and Theo Menelaou whom their 40+ years of combined experience in the construction, real estate and investment industries drove them in making it a reality. In 2021, both born and raised in South Africa, took a lifetime decision to repatriate in Cyprus, an EU nation, for the safety of their family. Moving to a new country has been a challenge which could only be achieved by professional guidance in terms of accounting, legal, transport, custom clearance and all matters related to starting a new life.

For this reason, our team members are leading experts who joined the vision of the founders to create a pioneer property development company, by providing full support for your permanent residency.

With an extensive experience in the construction field, as the Founder and CEO of the Phambile Property Development Ltd (2014-2020), Christo manages projects with from the initiation phase, to planning, implementation, performance/monitoring, closing and maintenance. Amongst his most prestigious clients is the BMW SA Group.

Operations Director

Theo’s 20+ years of Construction & Development experience as the operational director of Phambile Property Development Ltd (2014-2020) and Real Time Investments 309 CC (2014-2020) enables BrickCube Property Group todeliver consistent, reliable, and efficient Property services while remain at the forefront of today’s cutting-edge solutions.
