 The acquisition procedure begins with the completion and signing of a reservation agreement once you have decided on a property.  The ultimate price, as well as the other purchasing terms, will be agreed upon. All agreements must be written down and included in the reservation contract. The property will subsequently be taken off the market and reserved in the name of the potential buyer with a deposit. Both parties can sign the contract of sale once the following points have been agreed upon and confirmed in writing: property purchase price, payment conditions, fixtures and fittings to be included in the purchase, and any additional items/installations agreed upon.


Our audit company does a complete due diligence review on the property and conducts a local search to guarantee that it is clear of any mortgages or encumbrances.

The contract of sale must be stamped and lodged with the Land Registry department within 180 days after both parties have signed it. This is known as ‘specific performance,' and it ensures that a specific property is registered in the new owner's name. You are the legal owner of the property once the contract is signed.

If you have purchased an off plan or partially constructed property from us, we will keep you updated on the property's progress until it is completed. 


We will send you a formal notice of completion around a month before your property is finished. 

We could arrange delivery and key handover after we receive the complete payment for your property.  If you have acquired a finished property from us, hand over will be arranged as soon as the full payment has been received in our account.
